EDIT: I posted this on reddit last night and woke up to hundreds of comics telling me how bad my history is. James was Mary Queen of Scots’ son, not Elizabeth. The date of Guy’s death is probably wrong. Also James had been king since 1603. Not to mention the whole thing about how dubious the whole story is - there are a number of quite persuasive conspiracy theories about the story which I recommend looking into!
